About Megan
With 20+ years of successfully transforming my own career across diverse disciplines and multiple industries, I can be your strategic thought partner.
I have been in the trenches, building and leading organizations, teams, boards, communities and global ecosystems. I've led some of Google's largest re-orgs in record time, launched products and industry coalitions. And, I've pivoted strategies, managed financial turnarounds, and 10x-ed.
I've done all this while balancing my own family and personal adventures that come with special demands, joys, and priority. These hard-earned learnings galvanize my empathy for whatever clients are going through and I share my insights readily.
My Coaching Journey
Coaching is in my DNA. My Dad is my "first and always" coach, using inquiry and his business learnings to help me along the way. His philosophy is "Use the Force", encouraging me to feel my way to the best answer, which never failed. Other executive coaches guided me to great success - achieving what I thought was impossible.
Throughout my career, I've coached staff and teams to achieve what they thought was the impossible. I've led strategy workshops and "design your life" retreats helping others connect and grow together.
